Responsibilities
Regional strategy & planning
- Co-develop US marketing plans with the Head of Growth and Regional Managing Director, ensuring alignment with global direction.
- Define campaign goals and identify relevant opportunities, channels and tactics for regional brand activation (e.g., networking, media relations).
- Manage and track budgets effectively.
- Lead quarterly reporting meetings with key stakeholders to review activation performance and refine plans for upcoming quarters.
- Conduct regular check-ins with the US Managing Director.

Owned events
- Identify the need for owned (digital or in-person) events and align with the US Managing Director.
- Collaborate with Marketing team members to launch events successfully.
- Coordinate invitation management with Marketing Consultants.
- Schedule and host technical and content dry runs to prepare presenters.
- Analyze performance of invitation and follow-up efforts.
- Spot opportunities for sponsorships, stage presentations and networking.
- Mobilize Marketing Consultants for submissions and support with writing and copy editing.
- Organize dry runs and design support post-acceptance, involving relevant subject experts.
- Provide guidelines to presenters and attendees before events.
- Gather feedback post-event to capture learnings and identify case study opportunities.
- Keep leaders informed of marketing plans and progress.
- Mobilize sales teams for local initiatives (e.g., event invitations, speech submissions, training opportunities, case or blog writing).
- Draft and distribute press releases to local media agencies and track coverage.
- Plan and create social posts highlighting US marketing activities.
- Qualify and assign leads in HubSpot.
- Activate Marketing Consultants to follow up on qualified leads promptly.
- Generate leads through local initiatives (conferences, events, editorials, etc).
- Ensure timely follow-up on incoming requests within 24h.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a diverse skill set.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities – setting clear goals, creating timelines and ensuring smooth execution.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) is a plus.
