Drink Quality and Coffee Preparation:
- Consistently prepare coffee drinks with care and maintain the company standards set by the Hood Trainer and Quality Control team.
- Regularly taste coffees and different brew methods to increase the range of your palate and ensure the quality of the drinks you serve.
- Participate in training exercises to continually develop your barista skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and health code regulations during food and drink preparation.
Compensation
- $15.50 tips ($7-11 range)
