Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, set and stage lobby displays aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, and monitor campaign performance through web analytics and Google Analytics.
- Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts to increase organic reach.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster strong relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, graphic design, e-commerce, and web development to ensure brand consistency.
- Track campaign metrics, analyze data insights, and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Perffered Experience, but not limited too
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management techniques.
- Ability to create compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
