Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations accurately and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate inventory of service parts, tools, and vehicle stock to ensure readiness for service calls.
- Maintain a professional appearance, strong personal grooming standards, and a customer-focused approach at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and proficiency across multiple equipment models and manufacturers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and management to ensure effective service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, established procedures, and service protocols.
- Utilize available technical documentation, diagnostic tools, and support resources to identify and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean, organized, properly stocked, and in good working condition.
