Siskin Hospital is seeking a dedicated Restorative Therapy Technician (CNA) to support physical, occupational, and speech therapists by assisting with treatment sessions, setting up equipment, and helping patients with mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs). This dual role includes CNA duties such as personal care and therapy prep when therapy needs are lower. Reports to the Inpatient PT Supervisor and works under the supervision of licensed therapists. We are looking for someone that can work Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• CNA certification in Tennessee
• CPR certification
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Prior rehab or SNF experience preferred
  
  

Physical Demands

Frequent lifting, mobility assistance, extended standing, and exposure to clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with patient treatments and group sessions
• Support patient transfers and mobility
• Communicate patient changes to clinical staff
• Ensure equipment is used safely and appropriately
• Uphold hospital safety, compliance, and service standards
  
  

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $21.35 per hour
