Pay Range: $17.08 to $23.12 - pay based on years of experience
We are currently hiring a Restorative CNA at our new skilled nursing facility for veterans in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Essential Functions of the Position - Other duties may be assigned
- Provide restorative nursing care to residents.
- Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.
- Documents each treatment provided, refusal of treatment, reason(s) treatment could not be provided and progress notes as required.
- Be familiar with restorative programs such as range of motion, ambulation, active and passive exercise, use of assisted devises, ADL programs, and feeding programs.
- Involvement in family or resident teaching
- Assists other staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have a current Nurse Aide Certification
Previous Restorative care experience preferred
Must have previous long term care experience.
