Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Supervisor with a strong background in spa and medical spa operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who excels in client relations, team oversight, and sales performance within a clinical environment.
The Spa Supervisor will support daily operations, ensure compliance with standards and protocols, and help drive revenue while maintaining an exceptional patient/client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the spa and med spa, ensuring efficiency and consistency
Support and supervise front desk and treatment staff in a clinical setting
Uphold clinical protocols, safety standards, and brand policies
Deliver exceptional patient/client service and resolve concerns professionally
Drive service and retail sales through education, recommendations, and team coaching
Assist with scheduling, booking optimization, and productivity management
Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Track performance metrics and support growth initiatives
Assist leadership during expansion and onboarding at the new location
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in a spa and/or medical spa environment
Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending services and products
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, clinical, client-facing environment
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and operational excellence
