Spa Supervisor

Description of the role: The Spa Supervisor at The Resort at Longboat Key Club is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa facility, ensuring high levels of customer service, maintenance of spa equipment, and supervision of spa staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise spa staff and coordinate daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to spa guests
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa equipment and facilities
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of spa supplies
• Train new spa staff and provide ongoing support
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a spa or hospitality setting
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
