The Environment Leverages
- Oracle Forms
- Oracle APEX
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Oracle Fusion Middleware (WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server)
- Familiarity with accounting practices
- Ensuring PCI compliance
- Maintaining secure, scalable, high-performing application environments
The Contractor will provide one experienced Application Development Analyst who will perform the following duties:
- Application Development & Support
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle-based financial applications.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms applications.
- Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
- Create and support PL/SQL scripts, packages, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Support and maintain Oracle database objects, schemas, and conduct performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting requirements, Department standards, and PCI regulations.
- System Integrations
- Support integration
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes for financial and operational systems.
- Ensure all technical integrations follow state financial system standards.
- Oracle Middleware Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and support Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including:
- Oracle WebLogic Server
- Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)
- Support secure, scalable application deployment and integration via middleware components.
- ETL & Data Operations
- Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) operations between:
- Internal systems (databases, applications, data warehouses)
- External systems (third-party APIs, partner platforms, cloud services)
- Extract and transform source data to meet business and technical specifications.
- Define data mapping, transformation rules, and validation requirements.
- Implement:
- Data quality checks
- Error handling
- Audit controls
- Support scheduled ETL jobs and ad-hoc data processing needs.
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and enhancement requests.
- Create and maintain:
- Technical documentation
- System documentation
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, coaching, and technical training to OATS and FDACS teams.
- Reporting
- Attend all assigned project meetings.
- Provide regular verbal and written status updates.
- Submit weekly project reports and timesheets as required.
