Our Fortune 500 client is looking for an Oracle APEX / Forms Developer on their project based in Tallahassee, FL.

Job Title: Oracle APEX / Forms Developer

Location: Tallahassee, FL-Hybrid

Duration: Long-term

Job Description:

• 8 years of experience in application development using Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Database development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g., WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server).
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise financial systems such as Florida PALM and FLAIR.
• Knowledge of State of Florida accounting practices from a technical implementation perspective.
• Demonstrated experience ensuring PCI compliance in application development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications such as the Administrative Image Management System (AIMS), Financial Inquiry System (FIS), and Revenue Online Collection (ROC).
• Knowledge of the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) or Florida PALM
• Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application and data security best practice.
• Experience working in a government or public sector environment.
