Role : Archer Platform Engineer

Location: Charlotte ,NC OR Fort mill, SC OR phoenix (Day one Onsite)

Contract duration :Long Term

Minimum years of experience: 6 years

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain Archer platform solutions.

Develop, implement, and optimize advanced workflows and integrations.

Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Archer solutions.

Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Ensure Archer applications are aligned with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.

Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance for the Archer environment.

Document processes, configurations, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 years of experience working with RSA Archer platform.

Strong expertise in Archer platform-level activities, including advanced workflow design and configuration.

Hands-on experience with Archer administration, integrations, and data feeds.

Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Archer modules related to Risk & Compliance.

Scripting or automation experience.

Archer certifications (Administrator, Associate, or Specialist).
