Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Lead: Designing robust, scalable backend services using Java (8/11/17 ) and Spring Boot, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Development & Coding: Writing and reviewing complex, maintainable code, promoting best practices like TDD.
- Team Mentorship: Guiding engineers, conducting code reviews.
- Architecture & Design: Developing detailed technical design documents, participating in architectural decisions, and ensuring consistency across components.
- System Integrity: Managing technical debt, identifying risks, and troubleshooting production issues.
- DevOps & Deployment: Overseeing deployment and integration into pipelines (e.g., CI/CD via Jenkins, GitLab).
Required Technical Skills
- Core Java & Frameworks: Expert-level Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
- Architecture: Proven experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Databases: Strong SQL/NoSQL experience (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle).
- Tools & Methodologies: Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Agile/Scrum, and JUnit for testing.
Experience & Qualifications
- Typically 12 years of experience in Java software development.
- Previous experience in a lead role or as a senior engineer mentoring others.
