Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Client Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead delivery for our Lifesciences/Pharma client engagements. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage delivery operations, ensure contractual compliance, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. The candidate will work closely with the client on-site to ensure smooth execution of Managed Services and other contractual models while proactively identifying new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Expertise:
- Bring strong experience in Lifesciences / Pharma clients, understanding industry regulations, compliance requirements, and domain-specific challenges.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Serve as the primary delivery and relationship point for the client, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
- Actively engage with client stakeholders to understand their evolving needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Build long-term partnerships by establishing credibility and delivering consistent results.
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with sales teams to convert them into engagements.
- Support RFP responses, proposals, and pricing strategies for new opportunities.
- Track and proactively manage the opportunity pipeline to achieve growth targets.
Financial Management:
- Manage program P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of managed services and other delivery models.
Delivery Governance & Contract Management:
- Oversee delivery operations, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, service levels, and quality standards.
- Implement strong governance processes, including reporting, risk management, and issue escalation.
- Experienced in managing Managed Services, Fixed-Price, Time & Material, and other contractual models.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client delivery, program management, or Business Development in Lifesciences / Pharma industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and drive new growth opportunities.
- Experience with RFP responses, proposal preparation, and opportunity conversion.
- Experience with P&L planning and financial management of client programs.
- Collaborate well with Sales team & Offshore Delivery teams
- Strong expertise in Managed Services and other delivery models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from client location at least 3-4 days per week.
- Experience in global or multi-site client engagements.
