Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and technical design of enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM applications.
- Provide technical leadership to AEM developers and full-stack engineering teams.
- Define AEM component architecture, templates, workflows, content models, and integration patterns.
- Develop and review backend code using Java, Sling, and OSGi.
- Design integrations between AEM and external systems through REST APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with UX, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and establish development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for AEM applications.
Required Skills:
- Adobe Experience Manager
- 8 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong expertise in:
- AEM Sites
- AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service
- AEM Components
- Editable Templates
- Content Fragments
- Experience Fragments
- Workflows
- Dispatcher configuration
- Front-End Development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS3 / Sass
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is preferred.
