- 7 years of ServiceNow Platform experience
- 3 years leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation, migration, or consolidation projects
- Strong ITSM experience including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, and integrations
ServiceNow Business Analyst
- 7 years of Business Analyst experience supporting ServiceNow or ITSM initiatives
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes
- Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis workshops, and enterprise transformation or migration projects
ServiceNow Developer
- 5-7 years of ServiceNow Development experience
- Strong JavaScript development skills
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and Service Graph Connectors
