What You’ll Do
Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Lead the daily operation of our tasting room and guest experience
- Create a welcoming, polished, energetic atmosphere for guests
- Ensure every guest feels recognized, valued, and cared for
- Build relationships with wine club members and repeat visitors
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with grace and professionalism
Lead & Inspire the Hospitality Team
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the tasting room team
- Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and energy
- Train staff on wine knowledge, service standards, and guest engagement
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and team accountability
Drive Wine Sales & Wine Club Growth
- Inspire enthusiasm for our wines, food program, and wine club
- Guide guests through elevated tasting experiences
- Help grow wine club memberships and repeat visitation
- Support merchandising and promotional initiatives
Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage opening/closing procedures and floor operations
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation excellence
- Utilize POS systems, reservation systems, and wine club software
- Maintain smooth guest flow and efficient service pacing

Qualifications
- 3–5 years hospitality, tasting room, restaurant, or resort management experience preferred
- Wine knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Experience with POS and reservation systems preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
