Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for specialized product moves
- Schedule deliveries and ensure timely, efficient service execution
- Prepare accurate job pricing and oversee billing processes
- Maintain and update systems across multiple client platforms
- Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage workflow priorities and ensure all logistics are executed smoothly
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience (not required):
- Dispatching within a moving or logistics company
- Experience with distribution networks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with industry software such as BOS, CPM, Dispatch Track, Tech Trans Move Suite, or warehouse tracking systems
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate $26.00 adjusted based on experience
