We’re looking for a Desktop Support to handle day-to-day IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. This role is ideal for someone starting their IT career and looking to build hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems like Windows 10 / Windows 11
Support basic applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Handle user account management (password resets, access issues)
Configure email clients like Microsoft Outlook
Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues)
Install and update drivers, patches, and antivirus software
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when needed
