Fast-growing and fast-paced printing and sign business seeks a graphic designer with prior sign and graphics production experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a print or sign shop and have a good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Fiery or Onyx Rip software knowledge is a plus.
- Computer literacy is a must
- Presentable, dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Must be motivated, energetic, and able to problem-solve
- Great creative eye
- Ability to take direction
- Creative mind
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of PMS and 4 color process printing.
- No Working Remotely...sorry.
Pay commensurate with experience. The position is full-time Monday-Friday with occasional overtime.
Job Description
The primary duties of this position are as follows:
- Offer graphic design ideas, solutions, and alternatives based on customer input.
- Schedule all work to meet customer time frame requirements
- Use proofing system and CRM to follow-up with customers on all proofs.
- Preflight digital files for potential problems.
Other Responsibilities:
- Help in other departments of the shop when you have downtime or additional hands are needed to fulfill customer deadlines on projects.
