Role Description
This is a full-time role for select Outside Sales Organizations in key regions across the United States. The ideal Rep Organization is already firmly embedded in the watersports category with existing relationships with key Retail / Rental / Resort organizations. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, giving engaging sales presentations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The position involves traveling to meet clients, demoing our innovative paddle boards, and supporting customers from the informational phase through to purchase.

Qualifications
- Current Watersport Sales Organization
- Current Account Base with Watersport Retailers / Rental Organizations / Resort Experiences
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and maintaining excellent Communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Able to provide live demonstrations on the water
