Duties
- Supervise daily soda shop operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold food safety standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in all offerings
- Operate POS systems such as Genius Heartland
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants, preferably with casual dining or cafe environments
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety regulations
- Prior experience in managing shift schedules, conducting interviews, and developing staff training programs
