- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage bilingual customers effectively
- Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and stocking procedures in a grocery or retail store setting
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries smoothly
