We offer our Quick Lane Service Advisors extremely competitive pay, in the range of $40,000 to $55,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of Quick Lane technicians to perform vehicle maintenance for our guests
- Use the technician’s inspection to notify your guest on the health of their vehicle
- Recommending all needed vehicle maintenance items to your guest
- Adding job lines to the repair order and making sure your team performs approved repairs
- Finalize the guests’ invoice and notify them when their vehicle is complete
- Cashiering the guest and handing their vehicle over to them
- Create an outstanding service experience for our guests
- Maintain professional personal appearance
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
- Complete required advisor training assigned to you
