Job Description: The Custodian & Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, orderly, and well-kept workplace both inside and outside the facility. This position performs routine custodial cleaning, grounds clean up, landscaping, and general upkeep of the property. Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5.
Required Experience: Previous custodial, janitorial, groundskeeping, or landscaping experience preferred. Ability to safely operate lawn equipment Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks with minimal supervision. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred, if required for company vehicles or job duties.
