Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Wilmington, NC. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality control, and utilizing hand tools. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining communication with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Machine Operation and working with various types of Machinery
- Strong Quality Control skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Hand Tools
- Effective Communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
