Do you instinctively catch blueprint nuances? Are you the person others call when a turret setup needs to be dialed in—fast? If so, this role puts you at the center of precision sheet metal production.
The impact you'll make- Own the setup and operation of CNC-controlled punch/turret presses to hit spec the first time.
- Confidently edit programs at the control to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Install and adjust turret tooling to maintain consistent quality and repeatability.
- Lead first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, linear measurements, and templates.
- Translate blueprints into reliable machine actions and measurable results.
- CNC Programming expertise.
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Fluency in blueprint reading and precision metrology.
