Sino Biological is committed to providing high-quality recombinant protein and antibody reagents and to being a one-stop technical services shop for life science researchers around the world. All of our products are independently developed and produced. In addition, we offer pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology firms pre-clinical production technology services for hundreds of monoclonal antibody drug candidates.
Sino Biological, Inc. is headquartered in Beijing, China with subsidiaries in the United States and Europe and branches in Shanghai. There are multiple positions available in Boston, California, Texas, Washington, Paris, London and Beijing.

We specialize in the development of high-quality antibodies, antigens, and proteins using our proprietary mammalian cell-based recombinant expression system. With manufacturing facilities in Beijing, China, and a growing presence globally, our US headquarters is located in the greater Philadelphia area, with a bioprocessing facility in Houston, Texas. Our expansion into bioprocessing is part of our commitment to driving innovation in the biotech field.

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite Monday-Thursday, WFH Friday)
Territory Support:
Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Attend vendor shows when needed, providing on-site support and engaging with potential clients. Occasional travel required.
Prospecting & Scheduling Meetings and Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client engagement.
Provide feedback from clients to internal departments, helping refine product offerings, sales tactics, and customer support.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Maintain Current Client Relationships:
Follow up with customers post-sale to provide additional resources, answer questions, and ensure product performance aligns with expectations.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by staying informed about client research and evolving needs.
Address and troubleshoot client concerns in collaboration with the customer support and technical teams.
