Job Description:
The individual will be a member of the Product & Marketing Team. The primary responsibility is to provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborators, which includes but is not limited to: Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the execution of the product lifecycle processes, including product research, product development, product launch, market research, and roadmap development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, R&D, and Customer Support teams to gather insights, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer experience.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze and present products’ strengths, weaknesses, competitors, requirements, and sales performance.
- Conduct market analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Product & Business Planning: Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
- Marketing Support: Provide support for marketing campaigns, tradeshows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Assist in content creation, including writing, proofreading, and editing scientific and marketing content.
Additional Duties: Perform other product-related duties as assigned to support Product & Marketing Team objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, or related field)
- Familiarity with recombinant proteins, enzymes, and antibodies.
- Experience with protein expression using E. coli/insect cell systems, protein purification, and enzymatic assays is preferred.
- Proven track record of writing and proofreading scientific documents, including manuscripts, grants, and dissertations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, data-analysis, and data-presenting skills.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and produce high-quality content on short notice.
- Language Skills (Required): Fluency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with our Headquarters and clients.
Must be able to lift and move 25-50 lbs.
