Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Intake Coordinator, located in Huntsville, AL. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing new client intakes, gathering essential case information, and maintaining effective communication with potential new clients. The role includes managing case files, ensuring accurate data entry, and coordinating with attorneys and paralegals to facilitate case progression. The Intake Coordinator will also handle inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in scheduling appointments and consultations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $14-20 per hour;
- year-end bonus dependent upon meeting goals;
