Job Duties
- Planning and coordinating virtual events (webinars, town halls), including scheduling, speaker coordination, registration, and promotions.
- Managing technical logistics for webinars, including platform setup, Q&A moderation, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement.
- Moderating and supporting live events, including speaker introductions, chat management, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintaining and updating marketing materials, including event archives, attorney bios, and department resources.
- Assisting in managing the firm’s CRM database, ensuring accurate contact and event records.
- Supporting marketing campaigns, including email communications, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Conducting research and data collection to support business development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and webinar tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for events.
