We are working with a mid-sized law firm seeking an Associate Attorney for their highly ranked Labor & Employment Department in San Jose, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected regional firm and a collaborative team advising employers throughout California.
The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate who enjoys counseling clients and litigating complex employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in wage and hour, class action, discrimination, and wrongful termination cases
- Advise on administrative charges, wage and hour compliance, leave laws (FMLA, ADA), and other employment issues
- Assist clients with policy development, compliance training, and pre-litigation dispute resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of relevant employment litigation and counseling experience
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong academic background and proven performance record
- Member of the California Bar in good standing
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
