Key Responsibilities:

Lead employment-related diligence for M&A and private equity transactions

Advise clients on day-to-day employment matters

Draft and review employment agreements and related documentation

Analyze complex labor and employment issues in transactional contexts

Interface directly with clients and deal teams

Mentor junior attorneys and support broader practice initiatives
Qualifications:

4–6 years of company-side labor & employment experience

Experience supporting M&A transactions and handling employment diligence

Background at an Am Law 100 or comparable firm preferred

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

JD from an accredited law school

Admission to the California Bar required
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence and flexibility for remote work.
Compensation:
$310,000 – $390,000 base salary, depending on experience and location.
