- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Ability to learn and understand computer tracking programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior aircraft records experience preferred.
- Highly Prefer prior FlightDocs (Veryon) experience.
- Ability to work a flexible 5 days a week shift to include some weekends.
These shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performing daily administration of aircraft records.
- Verifying maintenance paperwork and ensure it has been completed accurately.
- Scanning and cataloging completed paperwork to maintain orderly system of aircraft digital and physical files.
- Ensuring aircraft records have been entered into the computer tracking system and are tracking correctly.
- Performing daily audits of aircraft paperwork.
- Assisting in new aircraft audits and onboarding process.
- Providing aircraft reports as required.
- Making recommendations to the Manager of CASS/Records and the DQC for process improvement and efficiency.
