Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer

Singh Capital Partners is a private investment firm focused on real estate, private equity, venture capital, and operating businesses. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Investment Officer directly.
This is not a traditional administrative role. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, managing priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, overseeing executive logistics, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision. This position offers meaningful exposure to executive leadership, investment operations, acquisitions, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Screen and prioritize communications, emails, calls, and meeting requests
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
Project and Operations Coordination
- Assist the CIO in managing strategic initiatives and operational priorities
- Coordinate meetings with investors, lenders, attorneys, consultants, business partners, and internal stakeholders
- Track project milestones and maintain organized records of key initiatives
- Support investor communications, due diligence efforts, transaction coordination, and special projects as needed
- Assist with budgeting, invoice approvals, expense reporting, and administrative workflows
Meetings and Events
- Coordinate executive leadership meetings, investor meetings, board meetings, and special events
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Record meeting notes and ensure follow-through on assigned action items
Administrative Management
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Assist with office operations, onboarding coordination, and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong judgment and discretion
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience supporting executives within investment firms, private equity, venture capital, financial services, real estate, or professional services
- Experience coordinating investor meetings, board meetings, and executive-level projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
