We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Hatfield, PA. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve growth targets and profitability goals.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through on-site visits and responsive service.
- Promote Kenco's full range of hydraulic products and services - including hose assemblies, pumps, cylinders, motors, fittings, power units, and repair capabilities.
- Collaborate with our in-house service, repair, and fabrication teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Represent Kenco at trade shows, customer events, and industry gatherings.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably within industrial distribution, hydraulics, or fluid power.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic systems or related industrial products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, industrial technology, or a related field preferred.
