The role does not have direct reports but is responsible for coordinating work activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping crews successfully complete installations safely and efficiently. Essential Functions
- Lead and supervise the delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide
- Able to take direction effectively and maintain clear communication with the General Contractor on-site
- Responsible for guiding and assisting installation team members to maintain productivity and uphold company standards while completing assigned projects.
- Moving heavy objects and working with power tools
- Communicating directly with customers and with our project managers is critical for the successful execution of the job
- Some warehouse work and building maintenance are required on rare occasions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be willing to obtain class D driver's license within the first 60-days
- Ability to travel (once a month on average)
- Extensive experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and/or forklift
- Ability to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks
- Mechanically inclined, skilled use of hand tools is required
- Team player, reliable, dependable, and willing to work
- Experience with company emailing and use of a smartphone
- Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to be able to drive a company truck
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, personable, presentable, and articulate
- Physical abilities including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. that will be required. Climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
