Overview
Our firm is seeking an enthusiastic professional and dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing and answering our law firm’s main phone line, among other responsibilities.
As the first point of contact for potential clients, vendors, and other guests, you will be integral to creating a positive first impression for our firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing professional and friendly customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution
- Greet and assist guests in person, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle faxes, mail, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist staff and attorneys with additional tasks as requested.
- Work closely with a team of high-performing colleagues, ensuring smooth operations.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
