Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and proofreading documents.
- Support office management tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative needs are met promptly.
Skills
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a focus on detail-oriented work.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office management practices.
- Competent in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping.
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments effectively.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
