The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for auditing all new and revised digital campaigns to ensure accuracy in product setup, including codes, dates, contracts, creative specifications, rates, minimums, and revenue requirements. This role also supports reporting needs across teams and management, facilitates rush and makegood requests, and ensures a balance between efficiency and accuracy. The position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Digital Sales Training & Sales Operations.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $24 to $26.50, with bonus potential. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.This position is based in Maryland. Qualified remote candidates will also be considered, with work arrangements determined based on location and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate rates, revenue, monthly minimums, contracts, creative specifications, and special setup requirements for all digital products
- Audit new and revised digital campaigns for discrepancies or missing information prior to revenue approval
- Partner with the Digital Operations team to resolve discrepancies and secure rate approvals in a timely manner
- Work with Co-Op team by supplying invoices, including monthly submissions and related inquiries
- Reconcile Digital Amex expenses and provide detailed allocation reporting to the Finance team
- Track and report current and projected monthly revenue for Account Management accounts
- Generate and distribute Cognos and AOS dashboard reports for verticals, initiatives, and revenue tracking
- Monitor Slack for special approvals, makegood requests, and rush requests, ensuring timely follow-up
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital sales, operations, or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of AOS and Jira systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Detail-Oriented: Identifies discrepancies in rates, revenue, content, and contracts across digital products
- Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Problem-Solving: Develops practical solutions to improve processes and campaign performance
