Sinclair & Rush is looking for an experienced manufacturing team member to help support and coordinate our Secondary Department on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role and help guide the team on the production floor.
This is a working lead position, meaning you will support the team and step in on equipment when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Help lead and support secondary operators during the shift
- Assign work and help keep production running smoothly
- Monitor output and ensure quality standards are met
- Train new employees and reinforce procedures
- Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors
- Promote and maintain safe work practices
Department Work Includes
- Permasealing
- Labeling and punching
- Secondary equipment operation
- Quality checks and packaging accuracy
- Production tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience required
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and support a team on the production floor
