DESCRIPTION
Sinch is looking for a Life Cycle Marketing Manager to ensure Mailgun customers don't just sign up - they actively adopt, engage with, and extract ongoing value from our platform. This role is laser-focused on driving user activation, deepening product engagement, and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in lifecycle marketing, onboarding optimization, and user retention strategies within B2B SaaS. You obsess over cohort retention curves, understand the psychology of behavior change, and know how to design engagement loops that drive habitual product usage.
What you will do:
- Design and manage complex, multi-channel customer journeys (email, in-app messaging, push notifications) triggered by product usage data, -customer attributes, and time-based milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, marketing, customer success and support teams on shared goals to drive product adoption, cross-sell/upsell, and customer retention.
- Continuously refine segments based on performance data, product changes, and evolving customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing or related marketing roles
- Experience in measuring and tracking the success of different cross-channel campaigns
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience working cross functionally with sales, support and product teams.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Prior experience with in-app messaging tools (ex: Gainsight)
This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA

The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
