Senior Video Test Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Video Test Engineer to lead product-level and system-level validation and verification (V&V) activities for our high-performance digital multimedia products. This role is responsible for test strategy development, formal V&V execution, troubleshooting complex hardware, firmware, and software issues, process improvement, product release support, sustaining engineering, customer issue investigations, and regulatory compliance activities. The ideal candidate has experience with high-speed video interfaces, embedded systems, medical or professional AV products, test automation, root cause analysis, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead verification, validation, troubleshooting, and testing activities for hardware, firmware, and software products
• .Develop V&V strategies, test plans, protocols, reports, and acceptance criteria
• .Execute interoperability, reliability, environmental, regression, safety, and compliance testing, including IEC 60601-related validation
• .Perform testing and troubleshooting on HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, SDI, SDVoE, streaming video, EDID, HDCP, synchronization, and 4K60 systems
• .Develop automated test systems, scripts, fixtures, test jigs, and laboratory environments
• .Conduct root cause analysis across hardware, firmware, software, signal integrity, power, thermal, and interoperability domains
• .Support customer RMA investigations and corrective action verification
• .Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, specifications, and engineering change documentation
• .Mentor junior engineers and technicians
• .Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external vendor teams
