Residential Support Specialist (Male) – Youth Behavioral Health | Full-Time

Sincere Counseling & Treatment Centers is hiring full-time Male Residential Support Specialists for our youth residential program in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient, and able to work hands-on with adolescent males in a structured residential setting. Staff are expected to be present, engaged, and active throughout the shift.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM- 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and support to youth residents
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and respectful home environment
• Assist youth with daily routines, chores, hygiene, meals, and activities
• Engage youth in positive conversations, recreation, and life skills
• Support behavior management and follow each youth’s care plan
• Transport youth to appointments, school, programs, and community outings
• Complete required daily documentation before the end of each shift
• Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass BCI/FBI background checks
• Experience working with youth, behavioral health, residential care, juvenile justice, or direct support is preferred
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to maintain healthy boundaries
• Must be comfortable working in a youth residential setting

This is not a sit-down position. We are looking for staff who are dependable, proactive, and willing to be involved with the youth throughout the shift.

Pay: $17–$22 per hour, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $200

• $100 after the first week
• $100 after 30 days of consistent attendance
