Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
