Position
As a 3D Creative Product Designer, you will play a key role in the concept development and visualization of LED display products and custom installations. In this role of creative design, product thinking, and real-world manufacturing, you will be supporting both internal product development and client-facing concepts for casino and gaming environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative 3D concepts for LED displays, gaming products, and custom installations.
- Translate project briefs and client requirements into compelling visual concepts.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders, layouts, and fly-through animations for presentations and internal review.
- Create technical concept details to support CAD development and manufacturing.
- Ensure designs consider real-world constraints such as structure, installation, and LED system integration.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all design outputs.
- Work closely with the Design Manager and Art Departments in Australia and Asia on active projects, through regular calls/virtual meetings.
- Take on feedback constructively and refine designs to meet creative and technical expectations.
- Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Strong experience in 3D design for products, environments, or installations.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to design work.
- Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and intent.
Desirable:
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Experience with After Effects.
- Exposure to architectural, AV, or large-format display design.
Experience:
- 3DS Max: 2 years (Required)
- Product Design: 2 years (Required)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Required)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule:
- In person-Las Vegas Office
- Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm, Friday 5am-1pm
- Overtime-based on project needs
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
- Benefits: Paid time off
