What will you do?
· Manage defence litigation matters end-to-end
· Draft motions, pleadings, and key documents
· Lead discovery strategy and execution
· Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
· Contribute to overall case strategy alongside experienced litigators
What do you need?
✔ J.D. active New York Bar admission
✔ 3–5 years' defence litigation experience
✔ Strong motion practice and discovery background
✔ NJ and/or PA admission preferred, not required
✔ Ability to manage multiple matters independently
The package $140,000 – $170,000 base | Tiered billable-hours bonus | Primarily remote | Health, dental, wellness 401(k) with firm contributions | Ongoing CLE support
