Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment buildings
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Maintain and update maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Lead or support manufacturing maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions regularly.
Skills
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, flooring, carpentry, and/or HVAC systems.
- Experience with schematics, wiring diagrams, and CMMS software.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
- Strong understanding of facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments.
- Leadership experience in supervising or guiding maintenance teams or projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
