Overview
Simply Tidy is looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeepers or Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We specialize primarily in residential home cleaning, while also providing office cleaning and post-construction cleaning for newly built or renovated apartments and homes.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating pristine spaces that enhance the comfort and satisfaction of residents or guests. If you enjoy creating clean, organized spaces and take pride in delivering exceptional results, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring residential cleanings
- Clean offices and commercial spaces according to company quality standards
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all living and working areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and break rooms
- Wipe countertops, cabinets, appliances, mirrors, windows, glass doors, and other surfaces
- Clean baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, vents, doors, trim, and light fixtures
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
- Complete post-construction cleaning, including removing construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue from newly built or renovated properties
Experience
- Previous residential, commercial, janitorial, housekeeping, or post-construction cleaning experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and climbing stairs throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
