The People Services Director is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, including employee relations, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development. This is a hands-on role where the Director oversees a small team and may themselves assist in regularly performing day-to-day human resource and department operational tasks.
