Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct research and market analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
- Guide clients through the negotiation and closing process, ensuring a smooth transaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate market and neighborhoods
- Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools
